A counsellor is a person who you talk to, that can help you overcome difficulties in your life.

We can help people who are facing problems such as stress, domestic violence, divorce, or relationship breakup.

This is done through evidence-based practice and frameworks to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals to explore the root cause of some of the problems they are facing, as well as strategies to deal with, accept or overcome them.

We also support people with mental illnesses like;
Stress
Depression
Anxiety
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
